Firstly I want to thank all my clients for your love and support during the Covid-19 pandemic. It's been a hard time for all of us and most of all I have missed seeing your beautiful faces.

My priority is to keep us all as safe as possible while I conduct your treatments. During the time I have been unable to work I have invested heavily into my infection control principles, taken certification on multiple Covid-19 prevention courses and I am ready and prepared for you all to have a safe enjoyable treatment however next time you visit me you will notice that there are some changes to the way that I operate.

Booking Appointments​

If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display symptoms of Covid-19 please advise me as soon as possible and DO NOT COME INTO THE SALON FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will not be charged for any appointments which you have to cancel due to illness / other in these uncertain times. However , any missed appointments without contacting me 24 hrs before will still be charged in full.

If I feel ill or have symptoms of Covid -19 I will self isolate immediately and not treat any clients. This may mean that I have to cancel your appointment at short notice - I appreciate that this may be inconvenient for you but it is done entirely for your safety and based on government guidance. If your appointment is cancelled you will be given priority to re book once I am able to work again.

For my clients who are in the vulnerable category I will be offering/  reserving my first morning treatment slot for you so you will enter a salon that has been fully ventilated for 12 hours. Please contact me if this applies to you and you want to use this option. We will then discuss the best options for your treatment plans/ dates and what you feel comfortable having.

You will receive treatment confirmation texts 48hrs before your treatment. this will include COVID-19 questions. PLEASE answer all these questions as without confirmation that you are symptom free I cannot carry out your treatment.

Visiting My Clinic

​

For your safety and to maintain social distancing , I ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible.

PLEASE do not turn up any earlier than 5 minutes to your appointment - This ensures that there is no risk of you coming into contact with anyone else and I also need time to sterilise my treatment room.

If you are early please wait in your car and text me when you arrive. I will then let you know ASAP when it is safe for you to enter.  

Please arrive alone , no companions / children will be aloud in the Clinic.

Treatments

​

I have carried out a specialist risk assessment on all treatments and I am confident that I can continue to provide these safely.

• I will be asking you to wash your hands on entry and prior to us starting your treatment. Hand washing facilities is located in my treatment room. 

• Please try not to bring large bags, big coats, scarfs/accessories etc as I will providing a sanitised box for you to place your belongings into.

• Please bring your own pen so you can sign documents.

• A mask will be provided which you will be required to wear at all times.

• All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturer's instructions for your safety.

During Your Treatment

• I will be wearing a mask (like I usually do) I will be asking you to wear one too which will be provided.

• I will be wearing gloves (like I usually do) which are nitrile and latex free.

• I will wear a single use gown which will be disposed of on your departure.

• I will be wearing a visor or eye protective glasses.

• No towels or blankets will be used so please come prepared with layered clothing and socks on.

• All items that I use on you will be disposable or sterilised.

• Climate permitting a window will be open at all times to aid ventilation.

• I have an air purifier and calming, anti viral essential oils in a atomizer.

I understand the importance of hand washing and I will ensure that I wash my hands accordingly with NHS guildlines. A visual guide/ reminder will be on display for clients next to the basin. Clients need to use the automatic soap dispenser and disposable hand towels.

I will try to make your treatment as comfortable , enjoyable and relaxing as I possibly can . If you have any concerns about your treatments please let me know ASAP.

After Your Treatment

​

I offer different ways to pay including bank transfer, credit card and cash. If you would like to pay by transfer please pay in advance. If you want to pay by cash please place the money in a sealed envelope ready for the end of the treatment.

I will pre book your next treatment via text / messenger/ email.

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and mine. I will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and I will amend and review on an ongoing basis.
